With hundreds of applications received
The “To The Future Fast’21” Program is now starting its last challenge of nine months with 30 young graduates in engineering, management/economics and social sciences, who are part of their first professional experience and will be part of the history and future of Efacec.
This initiative fulfills and reinforces the company’s purpose – Designing a smarter future for a better life – by investing in the next generations, in their skills and in the value they can contribute to the sector. It aims to attract young talent and is an opportunity for recent graduates to retain as much knowledge as possible and accelerate their careers so that, in the near future, they can assume strategic positions within the company and become part of Efacec’s history and future.
Always very close to the Academy, to the attraction of new talents and adding very successful initiatives, Efacec received over the last five years over 330 young people to carry out their internship.
In this first edition of the program, recent graduates will boost their career to a higher level. 11 young people will join the corporate areas and 19 will be divided between the eight business units – Switchgear, Automation, Environment, Energy, Electric Mobility, Service, Transformers and Transformers – and, in this last phase of the program, they will develop an innovative and strategic project for the company, which must be completed by the end of the internship in September 2022.
During the registration for this edition of the program hundreds of proposals were received and analyzed, and the 30 selected trainees were welcomed into the company between September 13 and 17, during a Welcome Week, and ended the first phase of the internship last December 14, after completing a final challenge, defined by the directors, which included a solemn moment with the presentation of the work to the Executive Committee of the Company and which marked the start for the great challenge of nine months that will transform, forever, the future and the career of these recent graduates.
