The project aimed to select new energy for the future, by recruiting 26 young Engineering finalists to join the Efacec Automation Unit in Oporto.
Efacec launched the challenge. Hundreds of young talents in the Engineering area responded. The Tech Trainees program, which began in June, has now reached the final stage, with the presentation of the 26 trainees chosen to be part of the future of one of the most innovative and global Portuguese companies.
The trainees selected for the Program will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology, including fully digital systems for substation automation, DMS integration with DER systems, reliable cloud computing, high performance embedded systems, cybersecurity, 5G communications, among others. The internships will last for 9 months.
